• Description: This commercial facade renovation was envisioned as a transformation through light. The client brief called for an eye-catching, illumination-driven design that would elevate the building’s presence—particularly after dusk—while seamlessly integrating branding and advertisement zones.

  The proposal reimagines the facade as a dynamic canvas. Clean architectural lines are articulated with layered lighting strategies, creating depth, rhythm, and visual hierarchy. Integrated signage panels are not treated as applied elements, but embedded within the composition—allowing branding to feel intentional rather than imposed.

  By day, the facade maintains a refined and contemporary character. By night, it comes alive. Linear highlights, accent washes, and controlled glow define edges and surfaces, ensuring high visibility without visual clutter. The building shifts from passive frontage to active landmark—distinct, legible, and memorable within the urban fabric.

  The result is a facade that performs beyond enclosure.
